The abstraction is going on, POTS/xDSL and mobile data configuration modules now have a common network::ppp base class, as well as a common network::connection base class. Ggrmpf, I now have to handle multiple inheritance!

This new network::ppp class aims to factorize all of the /etc/ppp/peers/ files handling, and also the secret files (passwords).

Most of the xDSL options are now build using this module, using a temporary compatibility layer in old modules I plan to drop.

The xDSL layer also includes generic connection/disconnection methods.
