The Track network card id (useful for laptops) option is no more in drakconnect.

It was used to set the HWADDR variable in ifcfg files, so that network interfaces names are assigned according to the interface MAC address. But since we do this by default using udev rules anyway, it isn't necessary anymore, and only confuses users with a weird option label.

(and it fixes #23414 as a side effect)
