Since ueagle-atm is now included in the cooker kernel, and even in upstream kernels, it was high time to drop the old eagle-usb module and its eponym package.

I've dropped this package, We now use the ueagle-atm module and its new firmware hotplugging feature. drakconnect is able to handle the new ueagle-data firmware files, located in /lib/firmware/ueagle-atm.

I happily removed a lot of eagle-usb-specific code, and moved on more generic code.
