The common ppp layer in network tools is now enhanced to support chat scripts as well. This allows to re-use a lot of common code in 3G and Bluetooth modules.

When a dial number is specified, a set of generic AT commands is written to the chat script, and can be extended by a connection type-specific array of AT commands.
