drakproxy didn't use to export the https_proxy environment variable in the 2006.0 release, it generates a lot of problems for Kiosk users that need to pass through such a proxy.

A good fix was already available in cooker, but couldn't be backported because of translation issues.

I've patched drakproxy to export https_proxy with the content of http_proxy. It's quite a minimal fix, but should be enough for Kiosk. See bug [#19666 http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19666] and the related Club threads for more info.
